Apart from our own events, such as the awarding of the Swiss Textiles Awards and the Trends in Textiles or events which we organise in cooperation with our partners (e.g. Innovation Day), we would like to draw your attention to further upcoming events in the textile and clothing scene.

Bremen - Germany

30th International Cotton Conference Bremen

The presentations of the 30th Conference range from cotton trade, economics and managing the global crisis to the future of cotton and cotton textiles and perspectives in cotton production. Global responsibility and trends for biotech-cotton will be discussed as well as new cotton products. Cotton testing and harmonization will, of course, be part of the agenda. The "Bremer Abend", the social highlight of the convention, will give the participants an excellent opportunity to meet old and new friends and to celebrate a typical German "fest" in a unique atmosphere.

Various international organisations, such as ICAC, ITMF and CICCA, use the Bremen Cotton Conference to meet alongside the event.

EXPO 2010 in Shanghai

From 1 May to 31 October 2010, Shanghai will be hosting the largest ever world exhibition; the theme of EXPO 2010 is «Better City, Better Life».
